Refund policy

We’re committed to providing high‑quality seeds and live plants — but we know that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

Please note that:
  • SEEDS require specific growing and storage conditions to germinate successfully. Germination rates are listed on our site for each crop to set clear expectations. Once seeds are sown, results depend on factors beyond our control (such as heat, light, and moisture). While we cannot guarantee outcomes, we’re happy to work with you to understand your situation and offer troubleshooting support. Growing takes practice, and we’re here to help.
  • LIVE PLANTS may show minor stress or discoloration during shipping. This is normal and should not affect long‑term health. If your plants arrive in poor condition, we’ll work with you to find a solution.
TERMS OF RETURN
  • All returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • SEEDS: Returns are accepted only for unopened seed packets. Returned items must be received within 30 days to qualify for a refund. If returned after this period, store credit will be issued instead.
  • LIVE PLANTS: Due to the stress of shipping, live plants are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Shipping costs are non‑refundable.
TERMS OF REFUND
  • For damaged seeds or plants, please provide a photo of the condition within 3 days of delivery.
  • If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us immediately. We will investigate and may resend the order, issue a full or partial refund, or provide store credit, depending on the circumstances.
  • Where possible, we will offer replacements. If items arrive in poor condition and proof is provided, we will issue a full refund.
